I like using blue, and try to use a shade of blue in some of the accents of each room. I also wear a lot of blue.
What is your favorite or do you just go eclectic?
Blue – give me blue- give me any shade of blue !!
Every room in my house has blue in it – in one shade or another – either as accent pieces, wall color, or drapes. Mix in different shades of beige – tan, whatever you want to call it – and you have my house !!

I like light colours, sand, stone ect, it gives the rooms a lot of light and doesn’t pull the walls in .

Earth tones. Always find them a great comfort. I consider myself eclectic though I tend to stick to moderate tones.

I like dark colors accented by neutral tones…like brick and beige. I have a ton of Native American art and the colors work great together.

I like earth tones. I like calming colors. I intersperse those colors with splashes of vividness. A small picture or a small figurine. I try not to get too serious about it. I wear purples a lot.

I’m with you on this only I like a bit of green mixed with the blue. Light aqua is really relaxing. I don’t care for the new "mud" look on my walls.

Mauve, Mauve and more Mauve, accented with Burgundy and Ivory or white.
Mauve in every room in the house, even the bath.
My home was built in 1920 and has been restored.
I too wear a Mauve. I always have told everyone that Mauve, "Turns me on."
As I answer, I am sitting here on my Mauve seat cushion, in my Mauve robe, in my Mauve computer room.

We seem to have a lot of green. We do tend to go eclectic. My husband wants to get gray carpeting and light gray walls this summer. I am fine with that because think of the colors I could splash it up with! Right now our bedroom is lemon yellow (my fault, I didn’t think it would be so bright) and we are going with white or off white and splashing it up with new curtains and spread,e tc. I love blue, too, so i may go with that!

I like bright colors. It might be because 6 months of the year its cold, dreary and white outside here. So I call my house the "house of crayola colors". Every room is a bright vivid color that helps chase the winter "blahs" away. The kitchen is orange, bathroom purple, living room red, mud room yellow, and the bedrooms are apple green, red and my room is a bright Florida Key Blue. Oh, and the upstairs hallway is Kelly green. Pretty weird, huh? But it does help chase the winter blues away!

The base colors are tans, black and red. But it is pretty eclectic. I live in an older ranch style house and it does not have open areas. So I don’t have to really worry about color flow. I like earth tones but like to throw in a few objects such as pottery, paintings or glasswear to introduce some bright colors like red, blue and yellow
