Here are a couple of ideas for bedding and lighting…a light silvery grey on three walls with a deeper shade of medium to dark grey on one wall is nice. Black furniture. Red can be brought in with sheets, extra pillows for the bed or red floor cushion is great…solid square/rectangle mirror..black frames for wall/shelf pics, black photo boxes for storage. Ikea has great cd storage for the wall in black and metal lockers make a nice addition to this. A small amount of red will make a huge impact, so pick a couple of items..could be a rug beside the bed or you can get small circular rugs at Ikea to toss around the room in red for a great look. Just don’t go overboard with the red accents. Keep the curtains or blinds light (white or a soft grey). I would stick with white trim, moldings and door(s). Adding solid hardware on your dresser/nightstand in a brushed nickel will give great impact too.

I think a light garage grey would looks awesome with some red trimmings and red decorations.

i always wanted a living room with a toilet right in the center fully functional of course with a really great ventilation system just above but done in such away you would hardly notice …white walls of course…

Like Karen said, the embossing leveler is the way to go. It will even out the imperfections of the existing flooring. As you lay the flooring just butt the tiles up together. You don't need to put any additional glue,maybe adhesive primer, if going on a bare sub-floor But you shouldn't need any additional glue.

lavender-and blue of the ocean, a memory room, filled with past and present, kids pictures, wedding pic's- a stereo, dolphins amidst the scenery, just a relaxing fun filled room, no t.v. no phone, just sweet

I think if you want your kitchen pink and accented with cupcakes, then you should do it. Just because I would not want that, does not mean anything. It is your kitchen, be happy with it. But if you ever plan on selling your home, then I would strongly suggest a more neutral palette to get you more return on your home. Have fun decorating!!

Yes you can, and you just butt them up against each other.
HOWEVER, I recommend you use sheet flooring instead of peel and stick.

Why,you ask? Because I have yet to install peel and stick tile that doesn’t shift and that the glue doesn’t ooze up between the tiles and make the floor look like cr@p!
By the way, I never add glue, the adhesive on the tiles is more than enough, it just isn’t very good.

You can go to Home Depot and they have no glue sheet flooring that looks like hardwood, and only costs 88 cents a square foot. You will need to take up the toilet to lay it properly, but it is easy to install and all you need to do is put the toilet back and put in some baseboard to make it look great. Then, later on when you need to repair the subfloor, and trust me you will, you can just take up the flooring, make repairs, and put the flooring back down!
