HGTV.com; Southern Living.com; Domino.com; Better Homes & Gardens – BHG.com

Ikea.com, PotteryBarn.com, EthanAllen.com

There is inspiration almost everywhere you go. Just make a note of what is in any room that makes you feel comfortable, rugs, furnitures, window treatments, lamps, etc. Take your time and buy pieces because you like them, not because you "should" or because it "matches."

Good design is about how functional a room is, how comfortable and how good it looks. Some of the most beautiful rooms I have ever been in are the result of years of thoughtful purchases, not a lot of money spent for an instant decor.

Have fun and think of your home as a work in progress!
