Can u still design your own home and clothing and furniture on My Sims DS instead of the Wii version?

On the My Sims DS can u still design your home like on the Wii but DS version. I also want to know if u still get to design your clothes and furniture on the My Sims DS version.
theyre both the same there are only some things you cant do simply because your on a different system but other than that its the same
