I have always had the exact same problem: Big Christmas Spirit, teeny tiny room. The curse of the youngest child. But we’re drifting from the point. I’ll try to keep this as cheap as possible. These are good ways to pass the time as well, and most of them are lots of fun. So turn up the Christmas music, sing along, and get decorating!
A little tree: You may have one now, or you can buy one for about $20. They make trees in all sizes, from those 8 foot tall ones some stores use, to 9 inch tall ones.
Paper/tissue paper Snowflakes: I prefer these in tissue paper, but do what works for you. Plain white tissue paper can be found at the dollar store. Once you’ve made them, hang them on the walls/bookcase/door/dresser/etc. with regular Scotch tape. Link to make them in sources.
"Presents": Wrap empty boxes and put them in your room. You can put these on the dresser, on the floor, anywhere. All you do is wrap an empty box the same way you wrap a present. You can use an empty tissue box, or any small container you have lying around.
Magic Hanging Ornaments: Ever notice how most people have like 3 times more ornaments than they put on their trees? Put them to use! Get some strong clear cord, and tie it TIGHTLY around the bit you hang the ornament from (if you’re using the ball ornaments, take the hanger/hook off so you just have the ball and that little metal ring. Tie the cord to the ring.) Ask an adult to help you hang the cord from the ceiling. You’ve got to be really careful with this though, you don’t want any to fall. Depending on your age you may want to just skip this.
Festive Crystals: You’ll need a small jar, and sparkly beads/fake jewels/etc. in festive colours. You can do any colours you’d like, but red and green or clear/white and blue would be the most common. The craft store sells small boxes of fake crystals, bags of fake jewels, and of course beads. If you have it lying around, great! If not, it’ll be about $5. Just put the sparklies in the jar (you can layer the colours, of mix them up) and put the jar somewhere it will catch light.
Posters: Draw/paint pictures of festive scenes. Santa, reindeer, whatever you like. You could also print Christmas Colouring pages offline and colour them if you don’t like your own artsitic skills.
Garland: If your mom is like my mom, she’ll have tons of wrapping stuff around. Ask if you can use some ribbon. Tie different colours of ribbon together to make a garland to drape over your dresser/mirror/headboard/etc. If you have jingle bells you can tie one of those on every time you move to a new colour.
Border: On your mirror, draw a border around the edge with washable markers. Be warned: Though it SHOULD wash off, there’s always the chance it won’t come off completely.
Lights: Get some help from an adult and a couple strands of coloured Christmas lights. Hand the lights around the ceiling.
I’ll add more if I think of them! Of course, watch out for sharp edges, get an adult’s help for any of the more complicated projects, ask if what you want to use isn’t your own, you know the drill.
If you have access to some of your parents Christmas decorations, like some pine cones, or pine garland, then string some of that up around your room. Add some mini-white lights, some Christmas ornaments…..and you have Christmas girl !!!!

I’m also decorating my bedroom for Christmas.
I am getting some cheap bauble from my local store, then buying some ribbon and tying The Baubles to the ribbon at different lengths.
Ask your mum for bauble’s n stuff because i just read that you are young.
Or…
Go onto word and type out in big writing letters that spell Merry CHristmas. And after you’ve cut them out add glitter. If you have big brothers or sisters, get them to pay you for being a servant all day!! lol i know that sounds funny but when i was younger i used to make £5 each hour lol.
Good Luck decorating.
