Any easy, reversible ways to spruce up my apartment?

I’m living in an apartment that is pretty plain, like most, and we are unable to really decorate and make it ours. Does anyone have any suggestions of things we could do to spice up our first home together that can be easily changed before we move out?
It says I can’t paint my apartment in the lease agreement.
Plants, cushions – both sofa and floor, lamps, posters, vases of flowers, photos on the tables and walls

clean the place thoroughly and donate what you don’t want, toss out garbage, and organize the stuff you keep. add some green plants & paint the walls a soft color.
