What is something creative, relatively inexpensive, and unique I can get my friends this year for Christmas?

I’m sick of the whole ornament, candy cane, and/or goody bags that everyone always gets me and everyone else for Christmas at school. Last year, I made mixed CDs and got this cool Christmas CD decorating kit. Everyone really enjoyed them! I want to give them something unique this year as well. And yes, I give all of my friends the same thing so that it is easier that way. Thanks for any ideas!
Make your own candles in the school colors
paint picture frames that can be hung in lockers
you could make the CDs your thing and each year put out a new volume
