What are some cheap and easy ways to decorate my home for halloween?

Last year I hung a sign that said "Boo, etc." in my front window. I would like to try something a little more creative this year but don’t have lots of time or money.
Those spider webs are cheap and they give a particular spooky feel, put plastic black spiders on them.
Buy some white fabric or use leftover, put around a styrofoam ball and use sharpie to make face of ghost and hang them around outside as little ghosts.

get Cotton balls ( for removing makeup)
and gently stretch them.
then attach the stretched lines of cotton around doors ( not to close to lights – the cotton burns easily)
it sort of looks like spider webs

Living in Europe where this great day isn’t celebrated, I had to get really creative. I spent hours making bat cut outs from black construction paper(which I also had trouble finding here)I hung them everywhere and they look awesome. If you’re really artsy you can also make pumpkins, witches etc…streamers.
You can also decorate with Autumn leaves…

Take some newspaper and cut out Halloween shapes…pumpkin, bats, ect…then hang them in the window. Shine a light inside so the shape shows….go to the dollar store and get some white garbage bags…stuff them half full with paper…then tie them….draw on the top round part a face….get some string and tie then to a tree or something So they "float"
